Naina does her shopping in the Karjat market with Daksh, and she is suspecting that something is upsetting Daksh, but she can not put her finger on it. Daksh is all attention to what ever Naina is telling him. She has a vague smile on his face, and it is obvious he is falling in love, but Naina has not yet advanced into womanhood, to realize this. Both of them are still young at heart, and have to learn more in their lives. Naina finds Daksh pensive, and wishes to know what holds him back. He is hiding something from her, and that much she can guess, but she directly asks him, what bothers him. Daksh is as yet not ready to tell her what is welling up in his heart. All he does is to admire her, and this admiration spills out in his facial smile, which makes him look handsome and sweet.
He helps her carry her shopping bags, and they go to Achrekar's bungalow, and Daksh goes away, with a promise to meet her in the market at 5 p.m. Naina is remembering her home, and her step mother. She had told Daksh that she had inherited the creativity from her mother, as she was good in painting. Later, she calls home, and talks to the maid, and finding that all is well, tells her to take care of her step mother and switches the phone off.
In the evening, she is walking down the market road, deep in her thoughts about her home and how she left it after having a tiff with her mother. She knew then, that her real mother had not shown any willingness to know about her child. She is sad, and a car hits her, and she meets with an accident.
Daksh tries to come to the market, but the police blocks the road as there has been an accident, and so he takes a detour and goes to the market. On not finding Naina, he tries to telephone her, but gets the message that the phone has been switched off. Then he calls home, and speaks to his mother, and she too tells him, that Naina has not come home, and is surprised to find that he is in Karjat. Daksh inquires from shop keepers, if they saw a girl with white kurta, and they tell her a girl with the same color met with the accident.
Daksh goes to the accident site, and finds broken bangles, and knows they belong to Naina, and is dazed.
Akruti, Ayush and Kaka have a merry go round. Akruti can not keep the appointment with Ayush, and he is waiting in the restaurant, hoping that she would come. Kaka comes to know that she is going to Dadar, to meet a client, and he too says that he has job there and goes with her. He leaves her with the client, and takes her phone, and goes out to make some calls. Ayush is trying Akruti's phone and finds it busy. Kaka is on the other end. Finally he connects and asks, "Doli aur Barat?" - Kaka is stumped, and Ayush switches of
