I think they should rename it to the Blubbering Akshara show as all the girl seems to do is whimper and cry

She hasnt changed much from the girl was depressed because the first person who came to see her for marriage rejected her proposal to what she is today

Rishta wohi souch nayein? not so for this character

I have watched the show from day one 😉 Shes still a blubbering girl always trying to hard to please those who have no recognition of how good she is ..even if she has improved its a minimalistic development. They could have developed her character into a much strong independent forward thinking person.

Rather than someone who always looking to lay the blame on themselves for the wrongs of other.

EVERY single time something happens she is the first to raise arms with mehne hei kuch kiya hoga patha nahein mujhe sai kyoi nahein hotha..etc etc

has matured since beginning but has got a massive complex partially due to mom massive worrying, dads massive money and nothing to work for....and dj massive ego that overpowers it....
