MR's Top 5 performances on the show...

Oh wow.. Top 5.. Fatty jee, you know na k this is going to take me FOREVER to decide on!!! 😆 I mean how am I supposed to pick just 5?!!!! 😍

But I do know what one of those scenes will be - although I think I should hold off on the spoilers and post the whole thing aik saath.. 😆

I feel all out-discussed.....we've been blabbing so much in the other threads....aur yeh cheezein toh waise bhi naturally aati hain....if you sit and start to PONDER, it doesn't come out AS naturally.....I go with the flow😆

Difficult very Difficult as the sorting hat would say in Harry Potter :)
Here is my take on the Top 5:

1. The scene between Dutta and AS when he lays his head on her lap and says that he wants to sleep. That entire sequence between mother and son was so touching and MR's emoting skills were spot on that I had tears in my eyes. The bond between a mother and child is the most difficult to portray specially if you have to act it out and MR got it spot on :)

2. The Suhaag Raat sequence before Naku's FR to Dutta. That whole monologue, his expressions, the way he delivered the dialogues explaining their whole journey made my heart go out to Dutta inspite of Naku's past and what she had to go through, that scene alone made me think that Dutta's reactions to the FR were justified. Beautifully acted and delivered by MR, I fell in love with him that day!

3. MR yelling at the doctor, who was refusing to treat Naku for some paperwork. That was the doting, caring husband Dutta, the fiery Dutta bhau all rolled in one. He has still not forgiven Naku for her lies to him, but at that moment all he cared for was his wife....it was awesome to see that coming to the fore :) Loved it! MR nailed it yet again :)

4. The Chup Tum Raho sequence in JMM - where all Dutta is doing is acting like a little kid and also keenly observing Naku - his expressions did all the talking and he was spot on as at pouty hero almost craving for all the attention...such a brilliant scene and what an awesome actor!!

5. The proposal to Naku - This is the first time you see Dutta actually laying down before anybody...he did it with such elan and such confidence that any girl would have said yes. He also produced an apology, something that is unlike Dutta bhau as a character....wonderfully done :)

These are my top 5....of course MR is such a bundle of talent that all his scenes come out well!

Fatty....after you are done with this thread... a week, two or three from today whenever that maybe..... Please start the next similar threads on other ones too with Kala, then Nakku, Baaji, Baabi, Sethji and Ganpat, Morey and other villain camoes combined......Okie thanks.... 😆

Haye Fatty, yeh tune kya keh diya ....ONLY 5 top performances, and that too of MISHAL RAHEJA ?!?! Bohut nayansaafi hain re !

Ok, let me TRY to condense my favorite performances of this BRILLIANT actor into a list of JUST five . Pardon me Fatty, but I'm just adding 2 extra scenes to make it a list of 7, so please bear with me .......

1) The scene where Dutta proposes Nakku, she rejects, and the scenes after that, including Dutta murmuring to himself confused not being able to understand as to WHY he was rejected, and then his confrontation with Nakku thereafter 😳. I felt MR was just BRILLIANT with his emotions here! The variety of expressions he potrayed, especially when he was thinking to himself throwing knives on the dartboard, was just BRILLIANT 👏!

2) During the DP track, the bar scene where Nakku adds some sense into Dutta and the following scene at PN, where he finally comes back to do the "shradh". I LOVED Dutta-AS scene there, MR was BRILLIANT 👏! I loved the way the tear drops rolled out from his eyes over his nose 👏!

3) After Nakku's FR, the lighter wala scene, that entire scene 😳. No explanation needed here as to why 😉.

4) Dutta's 2 dinner scenes.....a) After Dutta slaps Nakku, Tasha scene, where Dutta comes drunk and Nakku feeds him 😳. b) Dutta-Madhu scene. Again, no "why" explanations needed here 😳. I hope am not cheating by combining these 2 scenes into one 😃!

5) Dutta's blind act - Ok, MR was again BRILLIANT in his blind act, so I dont know which scenes to pick here . So lets say, MR's blind act 😃!

6) Silent act by MR throughout the JMM1 track, he barely had any dialogues, but so beautifully he conveyed ALL those scenes with just eyes and expressions....SIMPLY BRILLIANT 👏!

7) After their 2nd wedding, Dutta's open-heart confession to Nakku as to what he really feels for her, and what she REALLY means to him! 😳

Well, so thats my pick. With GREAT difficulty I picked JUST 7 scenes, if given more options, there are 1000s of them from where these came from 😃! I havent elaborated the scenes much, as without that even I'm sure everyone would know WHY these scenes were picked 😉. Well, does this BRILLIANT actor's performance need ANY justification ?!
