Bani's Gruhapravesh...

Hello Everyone!

Bani will be back into the Walia house latest by t'row. And this time around she will get a ceremonial welcome into the House. A typical Gruhapravesh as a new bahu. Massi is there to welcome here.

After marriage when she stood at the threshold, Jai left her at the door and stormed in. Dadi was to shocked to welcome Bani and Jigyasa was tooo trilled that she didn't care. 😡

When Jai will get her back, Massi will stop them at the door, and welcome them with arti, then Bani will be asked to knock the kalash with her feet and step in, then red foot print stuff (sorry for that. I didn't get what they call that ritual!) Jai will stand by her with a heavy heart or should i say Ego. Once Bani steps in, she will get a sermon on being the Adarsh Bahu, Patni! The Lakshmi ke murti caused so much of drama yday… I am sure Massi will hand it over to Bani as tell her she is the lakshmi of the house and the prosperity of the house is cause of her. anyway Jai got Bani's share of lecture yday and now Bani will get it herself. Bani doesn't need the lecture, she knows her responsibility. Jai needs one very badly. I hope he gets one how to be a Good Husband😕.

What do u think, will Ekta spare us of this Saas-Bahu saga in Kyunki style? Can we expect freshness in Bani-Massi relationship different from other shows? But I feel it is going to be pretty melodramatic…

Btw u guys like Massi? Is she what u expected her to be?

One thing I forgot to ask yday… When massi got emotional, why did Jai says "Ap fikar kyun karti hai? Hum sab hai na apke sath?" I mean no one talks like that when they meet after such a long time. Wonder what is the reason. The only thing I can think of is that she has a weak heart.

And what is she doing in London??? She stays her kids or something? And then she mentioned," main 2 hafte badh apni gaon ke logoon ke sath teerth yatra par ja rahi hoon." Huh? Is she really from London??? I doubt, did anyone say she is from London on the show? It was just in the print media.

Yes, Bani deserves a ceremonial welcome this time, with Jai standing right besides her rather than throw the Pooja Ki Thaali and storm off..... The ceremony is called "Chap Tilak" where the new bride forms a print of her palms on the walls of the house before entering and then walks inside the house leaving her foot-prints in a Sindoor / Alta based solution. The concept is that it is the "Ghar Ki Lakshmi" who is making an entry into the house......and that she will leave the house only when she dies......Sometimes, the foot-prints of the bride's feet are taken on a plain white sheet which is kept aside and is considered to be very auspicisous....but normally, the bride, knocks the sacred rice with her right foot and then places both her legs on the Sindoor Ka Thal and then walks inside the Pooja Room of the house! Its a beautiful ceremony.......some of our Indian customs really revere the woman of the house!😳😊

Mausi is pretty ok....but not the fun types....she is more like Bani, infact! But my intution is that Bani and Mausi will form a very close bond and by the time Mausi leaves, she will guess what is wrong with the marriage and also guess that Jai is now repentant and in love with Bani. Mausi will make Bani promise that come what she will never leave Jai's side and hence, she will seal their marriage forever! 😊

I really want to see Jai's reaction when he comes to know that Bani had nothing to do with the money appropriation incident......

Agree with u guys. Thanks for all those ritual names. Never knew the name of those rituals. But was seeing them in almost all serials.

What I feel is that 2day they are going to drag the story of everyone trying to figure out where Bani is. One of u ppl suggested that she may be present in the out house. But my guess is that Jai will meet her the next day in the hotel. Bani will come to work as usual. (she will give a lecture that whatever may happen in home she is still an employee types..btw I wonder if Jai thought that Bani had swindled his money then how come he never fired her from her job or did I miss out something?). Anyways Jai will meet her and do a business like proposition. This I expect to happen in tomorrow's episode. I am not able to make out what the deal is going to be. But I doubt if money is going to be involved. And as Anu says maasi is sure to give Bani the traditional welcome.
btw I completely agree with u MT that Bani and Maasi are going to get along very well and maasi is sure to extract a promise from Bani that whatever may happen she shud never leave 'jai ka saath' as though he claims to know everything in reality he a 'baccha' in his heart and that 'uska man bahut saaf hai' and all that. and that is why Bani will continue to stay in Walia house in spite of Maasi leaving the house to face Jigs's next round of plans.

I doubt Maasi is from London 😕 I suppose she is from a village. 😆 Kekta alone knows from where she gets her characters to arive first Tauji and his village folk and now this Biloo Maasi. 😆 😆 I dont know how Jai and Jigs can still bragg about their class and family when they has such relatives who are typical characters from a village 😕 😆I also think Bani will have a ceremonial welcome courtesy maasi like a typical kekta style bahu get lets watch and see the fun and faces of Jigs and company 😆

MT, that was a beautiful description of all the rituals. 👏 Hmmm i wonder What will Jai-Bani's reaction be? Bani will be weeping silently, especially when she knows all this is just an arrangement. And i wonder what Jai will be thinking... provided his brains have returned from the escapade they are having these days I want him to find out the truth before he gets Bani back home, so he will geuinely feel bad. Varna we know him na... he will feel that Bani held him at ransom for she knew Massi is his weakness. Aajkal wo sirf ulta soch sakta hai... he is fine when he thinks form his heart... else it is no less than massacre😕

Anyway jo bhi bigadna tha bigad chuka hai... now it can get only better and this time Jai will make amends. He Better!
