Daksh is at the bus stand, and finds some one who looks like Naina, and he tries to speak to her, but soon he discovers that she is not the person he is seeking. As he looks around he spots her sitting in a bus, which is about to leave. It is moving, but he stands in front of the bus and stops it, and when the driver comes out to confront him, he apologizes and tells him that he has an important message for one of his passengers, and enters the bus. Tells the ladies, that Naina is his wife, and wants to speak to her. One of the ladies praises the bridegroom, and finds him good looking. This is a replay of the train ride in Sikkim, with roles reversed.
Both go down. Daksh takes his old role, and starts to give a long speech, on how his parents will be left high and dry, and she should think of them. Akruti will have no counselor, and Vedant will not have a history teacher. But then finally he softens, and tells her that he too needs her, and has been wanting to tell her that he has forgotten and forgiven her long ago. When the ladies in the bus peep out and make their comments, Daksh tells them that she is not his wife, and Naina tells them he is a good friend. Naina lets him on a secret and tells him, that she is going to Karjat on a wedding planning operation, and will be back in the afternoon on the following day. The driver is in a hurry, and the bus leaves to Karjat with Naina, and Daksh goes home in his car. Sitting in the car, Daksh smiles at his fortune, and dreams of the possibilities awaiting in store for him and Naina.
In the Maternity Clinic, Rohini and Sanket are waiting anxiously for the doctor, and she asks Sanket, what bothers him, as he is very stiff, and worried, and then the doctor comes and sits on her chair and tells them that there is a problem, and what it is is not known, as the camera shifts to Daksh's office.
In the office, Simran has taken over, and Daksh is ill at ease and wants to cancel all his appointments. Simran does the thing which he has asked for. She tells the peon to prepare some tea for the boss, and he asks him to make the Darjeeling tea which Naina taught him. He asks for his diary, and Simran tells him where it is, but he calls Naina, and she too gives him the same answer and Simran shoves the diary, in front of his absent minded face, and he tells Naina that the problem has been solved. Then a call comes from the client who will be in Karjat, and Daksh changes his mind and decides to meet his client in Karjat and packs his lap top and leaves. When Simran wants to tell him something he says, "Naina, I told you so many times not to interfere in my affairs" and Simran is surprised and brings it to his notice, and it looks that he is really lost without Naina. Daksh denies he called her Naina, and puts his head in the sand like an ostrich.
In the house Sanket, rushes in to tell his mother, that her wishes have come true. He bends to his mother and gives her the happy news, and as usual, Rohini interrupts, and gives a complete new yarn, a lame story, which astonishes her husband and he just glares at her. She goes on and on, telling how her mother was right, and she puts on the act of suddenly loving her baby, and wants her mother to take care 
of her. She pretends and puts on an act to show she is a loving mother and it was an oversight on her part, that she did not understand what her mother was saying to her. She manages to hoodwink her mother. She tells her lies after lies to cover up her failure in the clinic and what she really feels, a disappointment. Vibha in her delirium does not see any thing but only what she wants to believe. She tells Rohini to go to her room and take rest. The mother embraces her son. Deep inside him, he hates the lies his wife has told his gullible mother, and he can not do anything.
Shridar Kaka, is listening to Rohini's story, and he punctures her balloon, saying she has something to gain from all this. He doubts her honesty with a unique gesture of his twisted hand and twang in his tone of his voice !, and then Vidhyadhar tells him at least on this occasion to spare them his harsh commentary.
Daksh is riding home in his car, and his thoughts go back to the days he spent with Naina, and all those events and experiences he had with her. He thinks of how beautiful she looked with her
red saree on the Gudi Padwa feast, and the dancing and merry go round and he is dazzled with happiness. A "lady police officer" stops him for a check up, and he dreams that she is Naina and smiles at her, in a daze. Suddenly he comes to his senses, when he sees in front of him a policeman with a thick mustache asking him to take his car on the side lane and he moves to one side and drives home. Whenever he sees girls, all he can see is Naina's face, and he is almost drugged in his sense of euphoria. He is shocked back into reality, when some of the bad scenes come up in his mind, and he comes down to earth. When the girls on the road side see him, with amorous eyes, they get annoyed, and some pass remarks, but our Daksh is in the seventh heaven, he is in love.
