why the double standards....uttara is flirtatious, and saali, aadhi ghar wali, as he said and lately been stroking each others egos, making them feel that they are wanted and understood, when she said that you are the only one who understands me,....and i know you are worried and like any other man he is taking advantage of her vulnerability/dependancy just like her own husband! and we know what happened to him.... of course she has the common sense gene and hopefully get away for a while. Or she will put him in his place, politely to save devyanis "maryada" we all have our tenacity points, that we can be stretched to....after which we snap, as she did with rishabh....love her character role and looking forward to seeing how she will handle it diplomatically and maybe give a couple of lessons to priya in the process.....what is that saying, kill the snake, without breaking the stick....as long as devyani does not think she is at fault and she has her sisters support as before....
he tried to take advantage of priya....and any other woman that comes his way....he is on the power rollercoaster of his life.....and i am glad roshni devis role....a truly grey character who will and can give him a taste of his own medicine. how is his trying to be lech with uttara any different than dushyant trying to take advantage of gulaal when vasant was still alive or shakti trying to advantage of aarushi....all BIL SIL roles......at the end of the day....(reason i love SGP.the best as ...no such crap.) relationships are respected. and joking relationships between BIL SIL have retained their innocence and mutual respect! sorry that was a personal diversion ;)
He is human and wants his ego stroked 24/7 and sadly devyani has let him get away with so much for so long...so he has got bolder, so now he is starting to look inside the house instead of outside.
sad part is gaurav is aware of his shennigans, and acting the same way and vidya will hopefully not be like devyani!!! aditya has a long way to go, mature in some ways, and totally a emotional rollercoaster in so many more ways....she because of past experiences is more cynical and way more mature than him. they are poles apart and regardless of chemistry, she will need a lot of smartness and diplomacy to make this work.....
