CHAUCHAK sarees CHAUCHAK Khaana.. and CHAUCHAK Krishna
Wow What an epi.. truely mindblowing. This may be a long post.. PLS BEAR WITH IT. 😆
Now .. I wasn't going to mention the khatta's of the show but just the meetha's.. but destiny has it's own fold today.
For the great show that MKAP is.. bursting with talent and all.. It seems divided.. with one set of characters so talented and interesting and yet the other half equally boring and talentless. (Pls do not cry over this statement.. 😡). It feels like as soon as we hit Mumfordgunj.. we are watching another show altogether and not only that it feels like we are taking a kit kat break away from the show. Even the adverts are more interesting. BUT Komal .. Love Komal the Thakuriya Bitya.. she kept me engaged.
Now despite her love and adoration for money.. she has self respect and dignity .. for herself and her husband. She is willing to fork out the extra dosh to stand on their own feet in the house.
It was DAADI who refused to indulge her taste buds to the guilty temptations of daai jalebi, and yet the old bag of bones had enough nerves to stand forth infront of Komal and accuse her of Breaking the house. Now if Komal wanted to really break the family - she would have taken Adharsh to Komal Niwaas. I adore her guts.. she has tried to reason with the unreasonable, unappreciative morons of the household. Now with which right - did that adhuri dulhaan come into judge the situation and storm off. Arushi will you please clarify your status in the society? For you to judge a woman - who just like your sister is standing by her husband and supporting his stance in the house. The Saxena's throw a breakfast time tantrum and allege Komal to be the vindictive homewrecker who is punishing them with her zulm. Those who talk about maan samaan.. want their son to feel belittled in his being and living in their house as a free house guest. Hail to the mightyy mouse Komal.. for making her stand. Okay I think enough elaboration done on the sax's attitude, living and being.. lets move on...
KesarAmma.. Hmmm did we all spot a bit of jelousy between the Thakurain and KesarAmma. Darling Sajan ke liye. Loved Amma's expression.."Haan acheee lagaygi!". Loved SS's take it all now.. or there will be nothing left for later.. 😉 Hmmm - what do you mean SS? (Joke).
Loved the expressions he had for his beloved Baba.
Baba.. The happening business man of the town. Wah first hair and ribbons .. now sarees huh?.
With Baba around be careful of what you charge the Thaks these days. Because together with his super spies he will outsmart your lies. Well that whole scene was Chauchak.. Loved Pratigya's expressions. Seeing the interview today.. As much as Pratigya adores Krishna's charm and witt and his cheekiness.. equally Pooja adores Arhaan's wittiness and humour. So when you see Pratigya looking at Krishna with a cute expresion it is hard to judge .. if it is Pooja on Arhaan or Pratigya on Krishna. Either way.. no complains.
Today Baba's emotional scene got me.. for me that came unexpected.. I wasn't expecting his voice to break or him stumbling upon his inner emotions. This surely brought tears to my eyes. Beautifully done.
Pratigya.. It's obvious that trust she had on Krishna a few weeks ago, which she threw into the blackhole.. so it could never find it's way to her again.. is surely back.. This couple can bring each other back from the dead.. so what's trust infront of that.
However.. our bashan kumaari is back.. but more subtly. However "Krishna why must you make a dent in a poor man's profit wallet?" If the same sareewaala had attended the Sax's Niwaas.. can you imagine the amount of Drama and bargaining. Especially when Naina bargains over a few rupees aswell with the grocerers.
Pratigya's speech to him would be "Tum auraton ko loot rahey ho.. aur yeh galaat hai!". 😆
But now Baba has borrowed these lines from her till she fully recuperates.
Baba and babu cooking....... So sweet. Yes Pratigya he is right.. you should be resting. Health and safety is a big issue in the kitchen.
Amma's looking onto the pair.. I do not conclude it as jelousy.. Here is my take.
Amma and SS proudly brought up a dabaangi BABA.. and deep down inside this is how they like to see all their three children. Like Once SS said to GD.. Baba had turned out exactly as we wanted to present him.. basically a Dabbangi Raja Naal. So for her to see her son in a apron.. is a bit worrying for her. But soon thay will learn and understand.. times have moved on. Even the IF gals have to accept a masterchef of a BABA... If it means he'll be standing on his own feet. It is done- who says a Kathron ke Khiladi cannot also be a MasterChef. (Yes yes.. I brought Akki into it again). But perfect example.
But does this mean MKAP will show a uneducated man - climbing his way to success?... Or will he also get himself educated aswell. Will he end up having a successful restaurant or chain of restaurants oneday? The future is bright! Pratigya you are one lucky gal in Allahabaad.
