"Annieeee, Dev..Di is going to be pregnant soon!!", an excited Geet called out trying to catch her breath..
"Whaaat???How do you know??",asked the other two confused as well as excited with the "news".
"Guys,I saw Maanji kissing Di..Remember the movie we watched yesterday? the hero kissed the heroine..after that they showed two flowers colliding and then the girl was shown pregnant".Geet shared her "knowledge" with her clueless friends.
"oh yeah,right",said Annie "Let's go and tell Daadi.I'm sure she'll be very happy because she was telling Rano Aunty that she was eager to see her great grand child!"
"Daaadi,wait till you hear this!!!",screamed the trio running towards her.
"Daadi,I guess you'll be able to see your great grandchild soon.Di is going to be pregnant soon!", Geet announced proudly.
Daadi almost spat out her juice.
"God,now what??what did these three see,to come to such a conclusion? ",thought a worried Daadi.
Seeing her worried face, Rano admonished Geet for being so blunt. "What did I do Mamma?",asked Geet innocently.
"Maanji was kissing Di so I thought she'll get pregnant soon.",said Geet pouting.
"Phew! so that was it.", Daadi sighed in relief." I should tell Maan & Sameera to be more careful with these three snooping around",

Three years later

Maan was doing very well in his business. Sameera was also actively involved in Khurana Constructions. She took care of the interior designing part. Projects,studies & the upcoming board exams kept "The Troublesome Trio" busy too!!
"Daadi,Can I come in?",Sameera knocked at the door.
"Please come in beta,why so formal,huh?",Daadi asked taking her hand.
Sameera suddenly hugged her & gave a shy smile.
"Kya baat hai beta?,You look very happy."
"Daadi,you are going to be a great grand mother. I just found out."
"Oh my God! Congratulations beta! Did you tell Maan?"
"Not yet Daadi.I will soon".
"Thanks Babaji,I can't ask for any more happiness.Thanks to you too beta",Daadi hugged her fondly.
Maan was super excited.He rushed home with truck load of gifts. The entire household lit up with happiness!!! The trio were excited too.Now that they knew how babies were made, they teased each other recollecting what happened three years back. They promised to take good care of their Di once their exams got over.
The next nine months saw how the trio kept their promise.They fussed over Sam 24 * 7. Dev googled and downloaded all possible information he could collect about how to have healthy babies,while poor Nakul & the rest of the kitchen staff were tormented by Geet & Annie trying out all the new 'healthy food' recipes that Dev had downloaded.Finally Daadi had to intervene and chuck the trio out of the kitchen so that Nakul & co wont have a nervous break down.
Sameera & Maan watched their antics in amusement. Maan tried to spent as much time as possible with Sameera in spite of his busy schedule. He still fought with the trio for interrupting his private moments with his wife,but gave in each time because, like Sameera, he too enjoyed each and every moment of the fuss,attention & selfless love they showered on her.
Another set of fights started regarding 'baby names'. Maan wanted the name 'Aryan' ,if it was the boy and 'Ayesha',if it was a girl.
The girls including Daadi & Sameera wanted 'Armaan' for the boy.They kept on arguing about it.Maan couldn't figure out what was with the women until Dev told him who 'Armaan' really was. He was shocked to hear that all the women in his house,including his lovely pregnant wife drooled over this 'Armaan' hunk on Tv.
Some time.. some where, Maan felt a change in Dev's attitude towards Geet...as though their relationship had grown a little ahead of just being best buddies. He spoke to sameera about it. She said she too had noticed but was waiting for the kids to come and confess to her. Maan was livid on hearing this.
"No ways!",he said "They are too young for all this.I'm going to banish that boy from here.I wont let him come any where near Mishti unless & until they're old enough!".
"Stop being so over protective,Maan! I know them well.They wont break our trust.Let me talk to them,please..",Sameera knew that husband can never resist her when she took that pleading tone.
She gave him a kiss,when he reluctantly nodded in agreement.
Dev and Geet confessed that they have feelings for each other,but promised their Di that they would never cross any boundaries or break the trust their families had on them.Maan was not quite happy but had to give in since Sameera supported them.He still decided to keep a watchful eye on them.

Sameera was feeling very tired since morning.Daadi felt that maybe they should get her admitted.They packed all the necessary stuff & went to the hospital. The pain started soon after. Seeing her cringe as the contractions hit,Maan ran out of the labour room.He thought by the time she deliver,he'd be dead with a heart attack. Geet & Annie clung to him and were almost in tears.The doctors said there was absolutely nothing to worry because it was going to be a normal delivery. Sameera soon delivered a healthy baby boy,whom they named Aryan.
