Most annoying is
1. Anjali and her diet-drama.
2. Baghaa
3. Popat.

I agree with gpat1286 And Viram that Dayaben also getting very annoying with her high-pitch voice and hysterical laughter.

Characters like Sundarlal etc. are indeed irritating but their characters exist to generate comedy out of that trait. While in case of Anjali her boring diet-drama doesn't generate any comedy.
And Baghaa is such an annoying person it makes even Popatlal sound like a decent man!
