When Ahuja came to do business with the Goenkas they thought he was talking about Goenka Ind. but he said it was Sughandi Creations and Bhoomika Goenka. When Bhoomi got her first cheque / order from Ahuja she said that why not make S.C. a part of Goenka Ind. Mansen agreed to it if Yuvraj got to head S.C.

Mansen is takiing undue advantage of Bhavri being uneducated and makes her sign things and do things which are really bad. Mansen and Mamaji called a board meeting of S.C and by trickery kept Arjun Suraj and Keshav away from the meeting and had themselves elected directors 5 of them Yuv, Mansen, Mamaji, Aksh and Vishaka and took control of 51% of S.C. shares.
Bhoomi them realized that if she does not educate herself she will not be able to do anything nor understand anything that M&M do. That is she has started schooling
