My apologies for the late update, but had a really flaky 🤬 internet connection that prevented me from streaming the entire video any earlier. As one might know, I don't have Imagine TV channel on my TV, and after next week, I won't be missing it either.
Anyway, on w/ the update!
Rohit apologizes to Shradhya
Shradhya is in the bedroom w/ her MIL, closes the door and lies down on her bedspread on the ground. Rohit is laying w/ his father. Like the last time, Rohit again gets up in the middle of the night to go to Shradhya. He then enters Shradhya's room, quietly gets her up and signals her to come out w/ him.
In the living room, Rohit apologizes to Shradhya for scolding her in front of his father, and making her work, but he had to be careful not to arouse any suspicions. Otherwise his father would have suspected them. He asks her whether she understood? He then takes her to the same room like the previous night.
However, Shradhya refuses to come into his room, and Rohit repeats his apology, even throwing in some ear-holding antics. He then leads her to his room (Shradhya, you should have refused unless he guarantees you that you don't have to pay the price of his flinching)
Sarla offers to leave
Anjali is sitting alone @ the table, when Sarla joins her and asks her how she woke up so early? Anjali tells her that her sleep was ruined the day she married, and asks who wants to sleep w/ a duffer like Anmol? Sarla cautions her about anyone overhearing, but Anjali tells her that she's tired of this charade. She asks Sarla for a quick fix solution so that she can land Neeraj, since she doesn't have the patience for this acting.
Sarla tells her she can't talk in the open like that, and besides, the situation has changed. Neeraj has Sandhya in his life, and so she has to be removed, first from his life, and then from the house. She tells Anjali that if her love is true, she'll get it, but there is no reason to be sad.
Neeraj comes down and asks who's sad, while Sandhya comes in w/ the tea. Sarla tells Neeraj that it's been some days that she's here, and she's happy to see them together, but now she needs to move. Neeraj asks her where she'd possibly stay, and Sarla tells him that she can't live in luxury when her entire family is in jail. (How about your daughters - maybe you could visit them? Or Sunita?) Neeraj asks Sandhya to dissuade her, and while Sandhya is struggling for words, Sarla stops her and tells her that this is the consequences of her actions, which she wants to suffer. She's feeling pretty guilty staying here.
Neeraj tells her that she's not going anywhere, and Anjali tells her that she has a lot of work here... (oops) er... she has to reform her, and therefore, she can't go anywhere.
Sandhya takes the teapot and leaves, and Sarla gets up and tells Neeraj that while he and Anjali tried to dissuade him from leaving, Sandhya didn't even pretend to want her to stay. Maybe she forgave Sarla due to pressure from Neeraj, but really, she doesn't like her and doesn't want her there. Sarla also tells Neeraj that she doesn't want to be the cause of dissention b/w him & Sandhya.
Neeraj tells her that she's not going anywhere, and that Sandhya herself will come and tell her that she wants her to stay. Neeraj leaves.
Anjali asks Sarla why she suddenly brought up the question of leaving, and Sarla tells her that it was just a charade, and that she's not leaving until she's achieved her objectives. She invites her to join her to witness the new drama. Anjali is impressed and they're both off to see Neeraj & Sandhya.
Neerdhya argue over Sarla
Neeraj goes to the kitchen and berates Sandhya for still holding it against Sarla. Sandhya protests that she didn't tell her anything, and Neeraj tells her that by not saying anything and not forgiving her, she's causing her even more pain. Sandhya tells him that she didn't tell her anything, so why does she think that? Neeraj tells her that everyone in the house is talking to her, except Sandhya. So she thinks that Sandhya has a problem w/ her.
Sandhya tells Neeraj that she's already told him that they won't fight about Sarla everyday. And everyday, he comes to her w/ an issue related to Sarla? She doesn't like talking to Sarla, and therefore won't. Sarla is at liberty to stay as long as she likes, and talk to whoever she likes, but she should have absolutely no expectations from Sandhya, who doesn't like talking to her.
Sandhya continues that she's seen Sarla's true colors b4, and even now. If Neeraj is under the impression that Sarla wants to leave b'cos of Sandhya's attitude, he's mistaken: she's not going anywhere. She tells him that she'll go out and tell her to leave, and Sarla won't go anywhere.
Neeraj tells her to shut up, and that that she's trying to send her away, but Sandhya tells him that Sarla's lying to him. She doesn't want to go anywhere, but instead, just create resentment in Neeraj's mind about Sandhya. Neeraj tells her that all the resentment is in Sandhya's mind. Sandhya begs him to realize that she's lying to him, but Neeraj refuses to believe it.
Sarla and Anjali are overhearing this conversation in admiration. Sarla tells her that this is just day 1 of this Mahabharat war, and by day 18, a lot more will happen. (Sarla chachi, day 1 of the Mahabharat war was a Kaurava victory, but by day 18, the Kauravas were all but eviscerated)
Abha discovers that Shradhya had returned the mangal-sutra
Abha comes in furious, yelling for Rohit & Shradhya. They appear b4 him, and Rohit asks him what's the problem? Abha tells him that the problem is w/ Shradhya, and that she's started lying as well. Abha tells him that he met a 3-star police officer, who he decided to influence into getting back that mangal sutra.
Abha tells him that the theif had returned the mangal sutra to the police, who returned it to her, but it was she who hadn't returned it to them. Rohit demands an explanation, and reminds her that she had told them that it was someone else's mangal sutra. Abha tells him that she lied, and that she had even signed off on a reciept that she had gotten it back.
Rohit demands to know from Shradhya where it is. Shradhya tells him that it's w/ the thief himself, and Rohit hits her, accusing her of lying again. He then accuses her of not bringing any money into this house, then costing them 1 lakh and then giving them this story, and slaps her again and throws her to the ground. Shradhya keeps crying. 😭
Sandhya & Neeraj continue their conversation
Sandhya & Neeraj are in bed (the vrath period is over?) and Neeraj is sulking. Sandhya tries to tell him that they had agreed not to fight over this. Neeraj tells her that she's the cause of it, and Sandhya tries to explain that the cause is not she, but Sarla chachi. She's pulling off a charade, and since Neeraj didn't see them, he doesn't believe her. Neeraj reminds her that she's only recently started seeing the world, so it's better if she doesn't tell him about what he doesn't see. He's known her since 20 years, and grown up w/ her kids. He knows that she's incapable of it, plus she's apologized to her. Neeraj tells her that he too was a part of that family and had wronged her, and if Sandhya could forgive Neeraj, then why not Sarla?
Sandhya tells him that she's lying, and that she herself had told her that she was here for revenge. Neeraj tells her that as per the vrath, she shouldn't be there, she should be in her room. (Oh, so that answers my above question) Neeraj gets up and leaves, telling her that he's going upstairs, and to close the door b4 she leaves.
Sandhya wonders how to possibly convince Neeraj why Sarla is here?
Sarla talks to Prabhavati
Sarla is in her room when the phone rings. It's Prabhavati, and she demands an explanation of what Sarla is doing there so long, and whether she's forgotten her objectives.
Sarla tells her that she's already started a fight b/w Sandhya & Neeraj, and she wants to start a fight that everyone will see, after which she'll get her to her room and have her hanged. It will look like a suicide, similar to what they did to her father. 🤢 And nobody will even suspect her, b'cos everybody will think that after the fight b/w Neeraj & Sandhya, Sandhya committed suicide. 🤢
She adds that she still vividly remembers Yuvraj's death, and it will only be erased w/ Sandhya's death. She then ends the conversation, and the scene ends on her face.

Like I mentioned in the DOTW, Shradhya's mangal-sutra was stolen a year ago, and yet, the CVs have chosen now to be the time that Abha finds out about it. I understand the desire not to have loose ends, but this is ridiculous. As for Shradhya, like I mentioned above, she should refuse to have a clandestine relationship w/ Rohit - either be open about it, or don't have it at all.
I was miffed @ Neeraj today. Even assuming that he's feeling indebted to Sarla for her past good deeds, his trying to force Sandhya to be friendly w/ her was over the line. After all, if Sarla is on good tems w/ everybody in the house, how does it make sense to think that she will feel rejected and leave just b'cos one member - Sandhya - can't stand her? Sandhya is @ full liberty not to talk to Sarla. After all, Purvi doesn't want to talk to Sandhya @ all, and Sandhya is not forcing her to be on talking terms. And Neeraj pointing out to Sandhya indirectly that until recently, she was blind was below the belt, given that Neeraj knew how well Sandhya could detect things, like when she detected that it was he and not Yuvraj on their 'S/R'. Besides, Neeraj didn't know all those 20 years a lot of things, like all the murders Yuvraj did & covered up, or that DK & Pankaj really hated him, or that Yuvraj knew that Neeraj wanted Sandhya and therefore grabbed her b4 he could.
One thing about Anjali's expectations - there is no way Sarla can make Neeraj attracted to Anjali, regardless of what he feels about Sandhya. This is b'cos Neeraj, unlike Anjali, respects her marriage to Anmol, and is not going to sleep w/ her just b'cos he's royally pissed @ Sandhya, even if it does come to that. There is no way Sarla can fix that, which would mean that Sarla could potentially get what she wants, but not Anjali. If Sandhya can somehow get that message out to Anjali - maybe via GB, she could sabotage this plot of theirs. Plus w/ a dead Sandhya, even Neeraj would be shattered, and not dream about any other gal - Anjali or anyone else.
Given the announcement that the serial just has a week or 2 left, I'd think Sarla's plot would have a good chance of working, thereby making the serial end like it begun - it started w/ the hanging of Shyamrao, and can end w/ the hanging of Sandhya. Or what could happen is a dramatic finale where Neeraj or someone manages to detect that someone is trying to kill Sandhya, and saves her, and exposes Sarla.
Let's see what happens.
