Ranbir Kapoor becomes Mamu as Riddhima delivers a girl child

Mar 26, Mumbai: Bollywood's Kapoor Khandaan was brimming with happiness. A new bundle of joy has arrived at their doorstep. Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor's daughter Ridhima Kapoor Sahni delivered a baby girl yesterday. She has been married to businessman Bharat Sahni, who is based in Delhi. The two tied the knot in the year 2006. Riddhima Sahni chose a family life over a career in the arc lights.

The entire family, including new age heart throb Ranbir, was present at the hospital when Riddhima was delivering her child. The baby girl has been named Samara. The name is quite similar to Karisma Kapoor's daughter's name Samaira. Even Rishi Kapoor's sister Rima Jain was there. The feeling of becoming grandparents is yet to sink in for Neetu and Rishi Kapoor. After Karisma Kapoor's second born, this is the next baby to have come into the family.

Ranbir Kapoor is overjoyed. He says his sister always had an upper hand over him and he is all in favour of women's empowerment. Looks like all is going in favour for the Kapoors with Bebo deciding to settle down with Chhote Nawab Saif in 2012 and Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for his upcoming movie Rockstar.
