the shaadi ka joke

okay so there are two possibilities:

a) i'm really stupid and didn't get the joke

or

b) the joke was so bad that i didn't even realize it was supposed to be a joke

either way, i didn't get it, so could someone please clarify?

what joke? the one adi said that he cant marry chand.? someone explain to me too...cuz i havent watched it...so im tottaly in dark..

Well, Adi tells Chandani that he can't marry her because how can he go against his family tradition. His family has a tradition of his family members (male) getting married in the family itself, As his brother got married to his bhabi, his father to his mother & his grandpa to his grandma. So how can he get married to Chandani as she is yet not a family member of his.

okay.....well then i guess case (b) was the appropriate reason for my not getting the joke.
