Did Anyone Ever Guess?

I am new to the series but from what I have read in the beginning and watching now...doesnt anyone think that maybe Mr. Mittal and Mishti are all behind this. Remember when Angad went to their house for the holi celebration Mittal was telling him something about Mishti's ex. It's just so weird to me that out of nowhere Mittal's company comes straight to Angad to offer him work. Sheetal is indeed involved in publishing the fake story but I dont think she has anything else to do with all of this. Maybe Mishti and Mittal are doing this to avenge psycho Pritvhi and to seperate Angad & Kripa since Mishti always lost Angad to Kripa. Its just a suggestion.
