plzzz help me plzzz

i used to use this indian forum from long time ago...when this indian forum started since that time..........................but due to some reason stoped being in in online........but now when i am login it is said that the password is incorrect.......so i forgot password as well as user name................so how can i find my old login....can any one help me..............i used to post in prithivi raj chauhan forum at that time.....plz help

Dear wen u registered u would have had to give an email adress if u can remember it go to it
But click forgot password here first then chk that email ull get a link to reset ur password do that n ull be back otherwise u can create a new IF ID

yes i tried to find by using email id but it could'nt be........i can open new id by same email address???

^^ ive never tried it myself but i think it shud work
