With 'Gulaal' not performing as well as initially expected, Star Plus is planning to bring back its ratings hit show 'Bidaai' in the weekday 21:00 slot, according to reports.

Apparently, the channel is hoping to pave way for the second season of the show after the 'Indian Premier League' gets over. TellyBuzz reports that unlike the first season which revolved around the close bonding between two sisters, 'Bidaai 2' will have the story of two sisters, who have a bitter feeling towards each other.

With Sara Khan now a part of ZEE TV's show 'Ram Milaye Jodi' and Parul Chauhan a regular on Colors' 'Pratha', it is not known who will be cast in 'Bidaai 2'. Rumour has it that the new series will move on to the rocky relationship of daughters Khushi and Tamanna (of Sadhana and Ragini respectively).

Insiders have indicated that Star Plus is unhappy with the performance of 'Gulaal', which replaced 'Bidaai' late last year. The show hasn't been able to reach the same ratings high as 'Bidaai'.

Similarly, ZEE TV announced plans to relaunch 'Chhoti Bahu' to spruce up its primetime schedule.

For me without Angini second two is pointless
and also For Tammy she needs her father
He is the one she truly sees and no one else matters

So Anmol ne3eds to be there He can run bidaaii 2 as the pillar who can hold the show up !!
I am quite confident with Apurva as Anmol on teh show he can give all the flavors.. and Tammy and Kushi and the bachha party he calls them is very much needed in season two

Other people all depends on their commitment and whether RS will be that one phone call to the people on the floor which includes all the original cast of season one !!!

Tammy has declared that Anmol is her real father and if he still exists he needs to be there for the continuation from where they left off which would make complete sense otherwise I see season two pointless and not accommodative with a shaking storyline !

So If Dkut team things of season two and has a storyline I would request them to start of from where it eneded, Angini story and make some loop holes end and then start with Tammana Khushi story after a good continuation of season one

If the story is going to revolve around Tammana and Khushi or sisters who were in season one , then they should start the season two with Anmol and Ragini's story and show the sisters story..

And moreover I feel that the sisters should be played by some other actors not Parul and Sara

I would definatly want Apurva in it 😊

the show should not be a remake of the first season..

I want only from Angini story 😃.Ragini's much needed confession😳 and Anmol Junior's birth 😳 are sure will get a good viewership for Bidaai 2.😃
