i also think the same..abhay will be arrested..n piya has also spotted him with sanaya "in the jungle" ! So,her doubt on him regarding the girl's murder will increase.

Abhay was with Piya saving her (after her confrontation with Arnab when he ran into the jungle and got hurt) the time and day the first murder happened...So I guess that Pia knows that Abhay is not the culprit and that he is being framed.
