information on sticky topic(how?who? )

i just want all you to know about sticky topic(and only if you dont know😆)

first of all the people who can make topics into sticky topics are:
jink and meghavi and Princess
(if i am missing someone please tell me)

and another thing that you have to know is that dont just ask them to make any random topic into a sticky topic!!

lastly i want to tell you that you cant edit sticky topics:
why? you cannot edit sticky topics because if you do then your sticky topic will become unsticked!!

AND YOU HAVE TO TELL ONE OF THE PEOPLE AND TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE STICKY!!!!!!!!

REMEMBER THESE POINTS AND IF I MISSED SOMETHING PLEASE INFORM ME!!!!!!!!
