Aakashdeep Sehgal, who has proved himself as a superb villain with his role of the evil son of Tulsi is on his way to prove his capabilities as a director with his directorial debut of a movie Lotus Dreams. The movie is about the belief in dreams and the attitude to make one's dreams come true. Akashdeep tells us about the food he likes and the stuff he avoids.
Aakashdeep is extremely crazy about Subway and likes to go there for a munch with his friends. Though he doesn't get the time to go out much and doesn't even have much inclination towards it, when he goes out he likes to have Chinese at the Legacy of China. "I go out occasionally but when I go I prefer Chinese" he says. "My favourite pick in Chinese is Veg Hakka noodles and Veg Singapore Dry" he says. "I am more fond of pulses than vegetables", he says talking about home made food. "Rajma chawal is my favourite", he adds. "When I was a kid I used to have a lot of Mumbai's special junk food like Pav Bhaji and chats, but now I have become more concerned about hygiene and moreover I need to keep a check over what I eat. So though it's tempting, I avoid", he adds. "I have never followed a diet regime and believe in eating and working out". When asked about regular workout schedules he says that he doesn't get the time to follow a regular schedule. "Its been long since I have had a regular workout schedule and long to have one", he adds.
Akashdeep is crazy about sweets and loves all kinds of desserts. "Kulfi is my favourite", he says and expresses his likeness for all milk based desserts like Rasmalai. "I just love chocolates and ice creams" he adds before signing off.
