She needs to do that coz she will have to show herself good infront of dadaji even though he is paralysed he records all her actions so she had to play her game very tactfully !!

So calling Dev Beta is needed.
Making Padma look more like a part of the family and now a widow is also going to be a part of her plans in action
So she knows what she wants evetually she will not get it
but the path and process she is following...to suceed in her intenstions

Of course! She won't succeed.Kanha is there to stop her. Right now she's very happy,but 1 day Kanha will show her the right place.She won't be anywhere.

For twelve years she will rule and will have partial control on RP ship the day of reckoning will be around the corner and then she will face the music wonder what happened to the Kashi Maharaj who knows her and told her the Kamns story .She acted very well and fit into her role.
