Someone is just about to kidnap Puchki, when Purva enters into the room. The kidnapper escapes, and Purva does not notice him. The kidnapper wishes to take Puchki away before Rama returns. Shamaldas is stunned to learn that Purva has advised Aakashi against finding a job for herself. Manek and Rashmi get irritated with Gomti's constant nagging. Shamaldas makes a plan to send Aakashi to work outside. Purva teaches Puchki how to write. The kidnapper keeps an eye on Purva's house. He learns that the plumber is supposed to visit their house at 12. Aakashi is stunned to learn that Gomti, Rashmi and Manek have already finished all the household work and that there is nothing left for her to do. Aakashi realises that it is Shamaldas's plan. Gomti, Rashmi and Manek convince her to take up the job. Aakashi accepts Shamaldas's request to take up a job. Smriti is tensed at being unable to find a job. Smriti is excited to receive a call for a telephonic interview. Shamaldas stops Aakashi from doing household work and insists that she leave early for her first day on her job. Shamaldas is worried when Aakashi insists on meeting Purva before going for work. Smriti is excited to learn that she has landed a job with Nisha Constructions. The kidnapper arrives at Purva's house, disguised as a plumber. The kidnapper enters Purva's house and finds that Puchki is learning to write. He pretends to work on fixing the leak in the kitchen. He notices Purva taking Puchki to the nursery, and decides to kidnap Puchki soon.
