Suggest some exercises for people who do not have much time to workout? I have realized that Surya namaskars are more effective than cardio. We don't have a gym on the sets so if you just find a small place to do Surya namaskars that is enough. Surya namaskars are a form of pranayam practiced by our ancestors that have come back into vogue. The best part is that this form of exercise does not injure you. I recently read that running on a treadmill can have adverse effect your knees in the long run. There is no such risk with Surya namaskars. |
How do you maintain your physique in spite of your hectic shooting schedule? When I am late for shoot, running from one location to the other helps me keep fit (laughs). Plus the assistant directors and executive producers keep calling every few minutes to ask out where have I reached - that keeps me charged. | |||
What do you like having for breakfast, lunch and dinner? That depends on my shooting schedule. Sometimes breakfast becomes dinner and vice-versa. However I love having eggs for breakfast. Lunch is the normal roti, dal and sabzi. As for dinner, I like the Continental cuisine prepared by mom as it is easy to digest. | ||||||||||||||||
