MARYADA - Good and Bad Points

(i) STORY-LINE: is great! How each female defines 'MARYADA' in her own situation in a family.

(ii) BAUJI: is superb! He breaks the mystery of SSP's absurd and arrogant ways. He truly understands his son, yet cannot be up front about his bad traits.

(iii) MAKE-UP: Uttara the BEST: All shows have too much makeup. Best is Uttara's. She does hers appropriately. She was made up as a 'lady of the night' when she went to Hotel Dreamland. At Aditya's wedding, she was very natural and not too much. Now in her distress, she has toned own. Fantastic actress and well dressed and made up.

(iv) DEVYANI: Make up is too much. Although she is very modern and younger in real life, she has to look, act and dress older. There are other ways.
SMILE: Once again, her smile shows that she is trying to keep her husband's forceful ways, the family and its problems at bay. Shows her determination to keep family together. Her hesitations when she replies are followed with that smile to be more convincing when she is advising everyone to keep 'MARYADA.'

About Indrani's make up I agree , about her acting i don't common she is a national award winning actress

I am diappointed at how they showed that Uttara broke her maryada...i think that a terrible message to be sent out..as if killing the oppressor solves the problem..it should be shown that women can wisely get out of situations as well
