TOI:Saumya is her mother's muse

Why look outside if you have a source of inspiration right at your home? After inspiring zillions of her fans in some way or the other, stunning beauty Saumya Tandon has now inspired her mother, a modern abstract artist. Tandon's mother has put various moods of her daughter on canvas.

The artist mother has had an exhibition of those paintings in London and the daughter-mother duo is soon planning an exhibition in India very soon. "I have keen interest in artworks and paintings probably because I am from the art background.

I love my mother's works and fortunately she has chosen me to be her muse. She feels there is a third dimension to my face and it speaks and expresses a lot for itself," says Saumya. We hope the word reaches renowned painter MF Hussain.
