Sometime back i had made a similar post for our Drashti, the night that she was to get married, at that time it had seemed to me as if it was her best performance in all the admirable work that she had done till date, but today she surpassed herself. Her eyes and the way she can emote with just those was proven today, when she carried off all those silent, horror filled, heart wrenching moments through just the expression of her eyes.................................................. She truly is a fantastic actor. Earlier i thought of her as a good actor (we have to call females too this for some strange reason!!!) but today she proved me wrong, she is a wonderful actor, one who can easily shoulder the complete show on herself and carry it off to her audience's hearts..............................
I have admired her comic timings many times before too and the way her eyes seem to sparkle with her laughter but ,then i had attributed it to the fact that she is a very lively person and so comedy can come easily to her (believe me i know it is very tough to get others laugh without laughing urself), but then in that episode where Brij tries to kill her on her wedding day, she proved she can act out fear and struggle too........................ But today she showed how well she can cut through our heart strings with such an awesome performance of bone deep grief and helplessness that she projected, a guilt that can eat up a human being just by existing in our hearts..................
Kudos Drashti...........š š š................and thank u for being so wonderfuly awesome in what u have chosen to do.............................
I have said this in my earlier post too but still i want to say this again to u..................
Thank u for doing ur work so well and for giving to us the character Geet to whom i think almost 90% of girls can relate to in some or other phase of our lives.
U have a hoard of fans behind u to cheer u up. Just becoz we don't regularly jot down direct posts for u never think we dont like u.It is just the fact that we being girls will always vie for GC as he is........................(blame it on hormones...š). u know what i mean to say, but it is also a fact that we can't think of anyone ever in ur shoes for the role of Geet. Love u.šš¼
