saw it!
It seemed to have a pretty decent start. although editing could have been done better (because at times the scene transition seemed lil bit abrupt).
The set up, the depiction of contrast, and the way of story telling was quite well compared to the otherwise "romanticized" stereotypical Indian shows.
The background score was relevant and most importantly not loud. lol
The character introductions started from the "face" rather than leg, or arm or eyes!
The contrast between the two main characters as well as among the relationships they share with their family members was quite well portrayed.

Amy...Hola! I enjoyed the episode. Was a fairly standard introduction to the characters. I liked that the screenplay was crisp from a story-telling standpoint. Did not dwell unnecessarily on the emotional drama. It quickly established some of the basics of the characters so that the story can quickly rush through the infant/teenage years in the next few episodes!

The first episode was different from other shows that i have watched previously...
The editing could have been better but the characters where introduced perfectly. I loved the way each characters traits were brought out in the first episode itself. As a viewer it makes you build up the contrasts in your mind between each character !
Aditya - From what i have seen from the first episode would be molded by his grandmother's requirements for excellence and his father's character of being humble.
Kabir - Is going to be someone who would go through life facing all the struggles with a ruthless streak one could not ignore.
We are the product of our surroundings and that is well reflected in the first episode.

Hey Amy😃
Looks like me and you are both enjoying the YRF shows!!
Anyway coming to the first epi I really enjoyed it!! The show definately seems to be on the lines of Kane and Abel (one of my favourite books) so I think my expectations are pretty high!!
Really good start!

For a minute I thought I was watching a movie and then realised it was a TV serial.
Well taken for the first episode...

What I liked was the way they showed the contrast in the background of the 2 families.
Editing couldve been better...
But looks like the show has a lot of promise.

The minute I entered this forum saw familiar names like ur's, Shru's and Zee. That brought a big smile to my face.... and reminded me of the fact that we are all PJ's and no wonder this show will draw a lot of PJ's.
You are right..I'm so so done with the typical Indian shows... I'm hoping for some quality stuff out here and it seems promising... Lets see.
