Why was KI considered such a big flop ?

I perceived the ads so much more differently than the purpose of the movie

When the ads and trailers came out, I thought this movie was going to be about two ex-lovers going at each other after they had a horrible breakup. Then I saw that they hated each other because of their "careers" in the movie😕

The comedy wasn't that great and I have low expectations for any Bolly comedy (Welcome is in my list of top movies😆)

And they so overhyped the addition of "Hollywood stars"....Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards (seriously?😕), the guy who played Superman (is he even a Hollywood actor?)

The movie had so much potential going for it and it fell flat

anything people don't like is considered a 'big flop', no matter how it does at the box office... 😛😛😛

KI was okay... it was more like a typical hollywood movie, or at least, that's how i percieved it....

i liked the movie too! 😊

IMO, it didn't work because of the big budget. there was no need of those Hollywood Stars: Sly, Brandon, & that Bond-Girl. do you know, Kites made 60 crore after the initial few weeks of release, but the budget of the movie was more than that. that's why the movie was considered a flop, & the same thing happened with KI as well.

p.s. i liked the song "Kyiun", (the least touted song of KI) so much! 😍

Every person has their own view as to what an entertaining film is, and what they like or dont like. If someone liked this movie and watched it more than once that doesn't make them 'abnormal'... seriously think before you post !
