I think they dont make the list because of the number of views in Youtube but depnding on the popularity and love mera hit is not so popular in people mind .

If i want to choose the most popular song of the decade then its for sure Ek Pal Ka jena

the popularity of this song make people going crazy at that time and what make this song so special is that till now its so popular and people still excited to hear it .

It does say how many hits as well and Ek pal ka jeena got 1,61,692 whereas Love Mera Hit Hit got 19,955,006 views

Its not astandard for the popularity and you cant compere asong in 2001 with asong these days with all the development that happened .Dabangg songs has ahuge number of views but the most popular this year is Katrina and Malika song and thats proove my point .
