I just want Mishal to get more screen space - if he stays. It's fishy and makes me disturbed the way that he's been given less and less screen space plus had no screen space at all for the past four episodes... *sad face*

To be very frank with u .. I think the guy is being too nice . hence being taken for a drive down the hill . He is a good actor .... But for some reason they not giving ppl like MR their due .. they r treated like side kicks ..
I am not asking to the guy to bite or to strike but at least one or two growls

I feel the same way. Like, the channel hasn't valued or even appreciated the talent that works for them. Why would they treat someone with such unique skills in acting like he's a nobody? Unless of course that it's Mishal's decision to leave. Even then, I feel like they've never really given him the amount of importance and screen space that he deserves. They did, at one point, but it's been fading a lot lately - and that disturbs me.
I'm also worried about Mishal entering Bollywood. If there's an industry that doesn't give amazing talent a chance (unless it has struggled for years and been through hell, or unless it has a big family last name), then it's Bollywood. I don't want Mishal's skills, his talent, to be wasted on people who don't appreciate or value it and give him roles that are lower than his standard (and we all know what he can do, so they better give him AWESOME roles).

Well it is entirely his choice , what he intends to do . But hun there r problems everywhere u go not only in the media industry , this is seen in each and every industry .
I agree that without a big fat last name in this industry u r close to being a Zero ( But then again a zero is the most imp number ) nd then there r ppl who have tried and won ..
the pt is not losing , it is giving up ...
I do not mind losing not if I tried with all my might .
Never say no ...becoz that running away .
if u do that once , u will always run away .
Fight it in the face , U will see that u enjoy doing so

I agree with Ana here. Lets give them time to fix things on their end. There is no point in arguing with a PR guy anyway. Colors will not issue any press release on either the track or MR simply becuz no one in TV industry knows what will happen the next week. And lets not forget MR hasnt signed the contract yet and he has only given a verbal committment...he can back out of it too! So Colors wouldnt want to to be left with a red face after issuing a press note.
What we want is that MR should stay in LTL and Dutta should continue to be the strong character he always was. Plus LTL and MR should get the promotions they deserve by the channel. So lets keep up the pressure by replying to their discussion topic politely and also mailing them seperately.

Hi there,

I am shocked to see that someone out there, a representative, was arrogant..... he might be there to spoil the broth......... and as ana said, v might not even b speaking to the same individual....... y shud v heed in to the pressure they want to put on us mussy......... they are trying to pressurize us, so please dont give in and heed into the pressure.........

we should ignore and keep our cool heads and show them that we are not mere fanatics but people who think and act.......

i totally agree with ana's thoughts......... we should be cautious and have patience until jessu, ashvini n the others officials take some action........

the more upset v get, the more chance we give those people who want us to be like that desperately....

giving in is not our motto...... make them give in is ours and should b until the issue is solved.........

so, i feel its time for us to do things silently........ just send mails to the officials involved......... united, we all are..😊 we will never fall....

A sensible post indeed!! Guys all of us want one thing nd it is MR staying as dutta nd the continuity of the show keeping in mind the soul nd the essence of the show. Many of us have worked tirelessly for the past few months to that direction nd kudos to all of them. But as elysia nd others pointed out lets not be provoked nd loose sight of our goals. Show restraint nd avoid getting into absurd arguments so that we dont trivialise the issue at hand. I know the Colors rep if indeed he is one, did use tactics to evade direct answers nd instead tried to act oversmart. This is where we need to be cautious nd not loose self control nd dignity in the way we deal with such people. Lets be united in our efforts nd putforth our queries nd doubts in a concerted manner or best is to choose a team of members to deal with the channel nd other representatives untill we get a final confirmation.

Yes. We should be hardcore emailing the producers and such, not arguing with representatives who supposedly have nothing better to do than sit around FB and provoke. Except for that one representative who apologized and assured us that they're working on things at their end.
There are certain questions that bother me the most in this whole issue about Mishal's leave and replacements.
If he is leaving, then:
1) Is it his choice or is it the channel that's letting him go?
If he isn't leaving, but staying, then:
2) Will they extend his contract till the end of the show, or will they once again just give him a few more months?
More than anything, I want to know how much it's Mishal's wish to stay or leave. That's the one answer that I'd really like to hear.
