This is very old article somewhere in Jan this article had come. Now Sony is replacing Mandira too in Deal Ya No Deal Tarun Katiyal who had brought II FG and II2 has resigned from Sony . So I am not sure whether Sony would relaunch FG 2 I have my doubts because after II-2 Sony has two long soap on that slot planned which will be starting on 24 Apr 2006 So fate FG 2 is undecided.Preparation for II-2 started in Aug 2005 two month before actual start in Nov 2005.There is no sign of Sony starting FG 2 . On Contrary people and media forgotten there ever existed a Reality Show called Fame Gurukul .People and media talk about Abhijeet Sawant ,Amit Sana ,Prajakta Sukre, Rahul Vaidya Indian Idol and Debojit Saha of Saregama as Reality show success Nobody thinks or writes anymore about FG Only Mid-day Newspaper of India sometimes show pics Qazi etc
Other then that nothing about Fame Jodi

Yes, Irfan .. I too read this article by Mr. Jha long time back sometime around January.

Even though what you have written is all speculation , unless we get recent announcements about FG-2, we treat everything as a rumour.

Till then...we wait for new Qazi film announcements..the new album of Arijit-Shamit-Mona....and also of Rexxxy...

In what seems to be a case of grapes turning sour, Tarun Katial dismisses the 'rumour' that Madhavan walked out of Deal Ya No Deal. "It wasn't as though we didn't plan it. The show is doing well. But we wanted to move it to another level in terms of the look, feel and attitude. Obviously the anchor needs to re-acclimatise herself to fit into Madhavan's shoes.E
