Yeah, it was full on sibling rivalry escalated to undefinable proportions due to situations than anything else, you have put it so perfectly here👏👏👏. Dutta though not present in flesh and blood was still there in each nd every frame. I can really empathize with Kala nd her behaviour, nd I don't feel that she is wrong even. She killed one nd tried to kill another but, I somehow don't feel those to be way too shocking offences nymore considering how many people even Dutta might have killed. Dutta and Kala are so much like each other that at times it feels like they are really a brother and sister nd not jst cousins. Nd that makes me wonder if Dutta would be the only one who would understand Kala's hatred towards him nd apologize to her nd make her understand the wrong in her ways.
Nd I really liked Duryodhan except for certain parts. Yeah, but wasn't he ready to give Indraprastha to Pandavas but changed his mind after, the root cause of all - a woman, Draupadi mockingly laughed at him when he fell into that pond that looked like floor in their palace in Indraprastha😕............
Yes dutta and Kala are very much alike in certain ways...they both hold grudges to the extreme....they both are volatile and hate deeply...they both can take lives..i don't think that every lover jilted in love can take up guns...it has to be an inert part of your character, a ruthlessness that makes to take up killing lives...i never really appreciated Dutta becoming a don because of being jilted...in some ways Seema was just the catalyst....Dutta bhau was always somewhere there inside him....look at his father and uncle-sriram, damodar...they were both hot-headed in their own ways...it probably runs in the family...Kala and Dutta are more brother and sisters than leela, madhu, roops put together....
here i feel uncomfortable taking sides as to who is wrong and right....this confirms my look out to life that sometimes things are much bigger and deeper than mere constraints of being right and wrong or black and white...just like in Mahabahrat...during Gita Krishana said that when you are war...don't see if your ppl are against you see which side you are standing at and defend it...karma...thats the ultimate of everything...right or wrong.
Yes,Duryodhan gave Indraprashth, which was later developed by Pandavas....When Drupadi laughed at him his ego was hurt and he took the vow to take away everything fronm them...but then he said that i would not let pandavas have even the land on the point of a needle....it was his ego and greed to have everything that spoke and ultimately lead to the battle....Battle didn't take place until after their Dice game....where again Duryodhan in his ego, pride and blind jealousy made fun of the woman who had laughed at him and long back had also reject his and his friend Karan's suit for her hand....At the bottom of it all is still jealousy, ego, rivalry, greed. just like Kala wants it all now...Dutta's life, happiness, his power, position, money eveything
