Vote for Karunya - With Thought

I have been reading many messages where individuals want to vote for Sandeep because the judges did not praise him and poor Karunya will suffer for singing well and earning praises. Sandeep is a good singer but not exceptional and Karunya is a prodigy...the ease with each he sings is amazing.

If the contest was between Amey and Karunya and then the judges were partial and were purposely ignoring a good singer - it was a matter of shame and partialty...in this case there is not match. There are times when Sandeep has sung well but he is not exceptionally talented like some others we have seen.

My earnest request is please vote for the talented one...the one who will make us proud and who will make the country and all of us proud.

In reality shows the best have always not won but their talent is not ignored. If Karunya were to lose the crown it will be a momentary loss...I am sure he will earn much more in his entire life by honing his talent..and there are other bigger crowns to win..Padmashree/Padma Bhushan/ Padma Vibhushan and life does not stop at Indian Idol.

My appeal to all...please do not make Karunya suffer since he was praised and Sandeep's faults were pointed out. If you genuinely feel Sandeep is better than Karunya it is a different matter but do not do it to spite the judges. True talent cannot be hidden...there will be a life after the exclipse and Karunya will shine.

Please think before you vote ...let us all be proud that we were a part of choosing a talented one.. 😊Exactly our sentiments, Thanks. I hope people will really see the talent and vote for that, not for any thing else. Please vote for the Best, KARUNYA.

karunya is a child prodigy and so is his sister.i have posted an article from hindu earlier and probably u did not read it.he has won so many contest and you know it all and still for argument sake do not punish the best and most talented.imagine if it was your own child and would you want your ichild if he is the best to get a second place?pl ponder over it and be truthful .

Firstly, Karunya is a prodigy....for someone that young to be perfect in sur is not an easy accomplishment and plus he started composing music at a very young age....if you don't call that a prodigy then I'm not sure what your definition of prodigy is.

Secondly, he doesn't always choose classical based songs....kavah kavah is a very folk-based song and so were a lot of his other choices. And besides singing a classical based song to perfection is a lot more difficult than singing light music. Even the greatest singer India has ever produced Lataji would tell you the same. She didn't get into the Guiness book for singing light songs only.

Thirdly, you can have a wonderful voice but if you cannot use it properly then it's a complete waste of God's gift and some people can have the worst voice but with training if they use it to their best of abilities they can create magic. Kavita Krishnamoorthy in my opinion doesn't have that great a voice (her voice quality is quite nasal) but the amount of work and effort she put into training it indicates in her singing. She has many major hits to her credit and was at one time was ARR's (who def is a prodigy!) favourite! This is not to say that I think either Sandeep or Karunya has a better voice....I think both their voices are distinct and have different tonal quality but Karunya's singing is definitely better owing to his perfection in sur which is what Sandeep is slightly lagging behind in. If Sandeep paid more attention to his sur his songs would be a delight as well. Voice and singing might be 2 different things but it's the right combination of both that makes a song successful....so you can't just vote for a person who has one and not the other.

Both the contestants are good and vote for the person who you most believe in!
