He loved baseball and never had any inclination to be an actor, but a chance suggestion by a friend changed Shabir's destiny. Starting with a small role in Hip Hip Hooray, Shabir became a household name with the TV serials Kahiin to Hoga and Kayamath. His bad boy image
helped get him the role of a gangster in the movie, Shootout At Lokhandwala. Shabir also proved fear wasn't a factor when he won Khatron Ke Khiladi 3.

One word that describes you best?
Crazy.

Which superhero would you like to be?
The Green Lantern, because imagination creating reality is cool!

Shabir AhluwaliaIf a traffic constable hauls you up, what will you do?
Stop.

What makes you feel sexy?
Illusion.

You get high on…
Fermented grain mash (malted barley).

The colour 'pink' for you is…
A cute looking panther.

What did you do with your first pay cheque?
Handed it to my mum.

If you could have chosen your own name, what would you have chosen?
Shabir Sebastian Ahluwalia.

Earth's crowded and full of trash. Choose another planet.
Earth. Why would I choose another planet?

If you could be born either rich or intelligent, which one would you choose?
Intelligent.

Your first kiss was...
Archived.

Choose: Air India or Indian Railways.
Air India.

The last time you rode on a bus?
Ten days back in Brazil for Khatron Ke Khiladi.

What makes your day?
Good work.

What screws it up?
Traffic.

Love is
Friendship set on fire.

Do you love Luv Storys?
I like tragic love stories.

What is the weirdest thing that ever went into your mouth?
Aha! Just in time. Lots of creepy crawlies for Khatron Ke Khiladi.

You are late for work and all the roads are jammed. Choose a mode of transport: a cycle, a horse or a skateboard. Why?
Horse (being the fastest of the three).

Share a secret with us…you can trust us, we'll only print it!
I'm the Green Lantern (sssssshhhhhhhh)!

Your favourite freedom fighter?
Jassa Singh Ahluwalia.

If you could have a star perform at your wedding, who would it be and why?
Al Pacino (would love a godfather dancing to your tune) after all, marriages are about families.

If you were the last person left on Earth, what would you do?
Look for a gun (just to make sure no one is left).
