I think he was smiling cuz wo thora khush tha k arhoi us k ghar aagai... pyar tou karta hai par dil k kisi khoney mein chup gaya ha :)

exactly!! even i noticed the same thing..he should have been shocked or irritated or something but he was actualy smiling!! 😆 i've noticed this quite a few times..kritika being a fantastic actress always expresses properly but karan being a sweetheart 😳 can't control and just stares at her and smiles lovingly!! he was really checking her out..maybe the karan inside arjun singhania was saying "wow she is fabulous !" 😛 😉 😆
