Mallika-Akki shoot for a hot item song

Munni and Sheila's magic made everyone go crazy last year but this year it will be Razia's turn to make men drool. The sultry Mallika Sherawat is getting ready to groove on an item song 'Razia gundo mein phas gayi' in director Anees Bazmee's next.

The actress started shooting for the song yesterday with the entire star cast of 'Thank You'. "I am shooting an item song 'Razia Gundo Mein Phas Gayi' in which Mallika will shake a leg with Akshay Kumar and other star cast of the film," revealed the director.

When asked about choosing Mallika for the song he said, "I couldn't think of anyone but Mallika when it came to the sizzling item song. Besides, she is a friend and we have worked together in 'Welcome'. I couldn't think of anyone else. Mallika is apt for playing Razia. I spoke to her about the song; she loved it instantly agreed to do it."

Mallika shot with Akshay on Monday and will be back on the sets of Thursday. Sounding excited about the song, Mallika said, "Filmed a song with Akshay Kumar. He is an absolute pro and charming, and Anees Bazmee is such a sweetheart. I love the song title 'Razia Gundo Mein Phas Gayi'. The shoot went great. I will shoot again on 20 th ."

Only time will tell if Razia succeeds in scoring over Munni and Sheila.
