Easiest way - be a bitchy cross-dresser .. no scandals.. no camera-phones .. no operation reqd.. all u need is to maintain a wrist drop with exaggerated latka-jhatkas .. bas itna hi .. and next BB mein u cud be the Begum Trickyluver or Tricky Darling .. :)
