she read the letter and told gayatri not to tell anything to shruti and anybody at home. gayatri asked forgiveness to parvati and parvati forgives her because of her baby, but nothing is revealed what is written in letter which parvati read

So there's a very good chance that the letter might have been changed by somebody else who knows Gayatri's secret. Maybe some other important issue was mentioned in the letter.
