Sorry Salman was better looking back then - he so doesn't age gracefully...he looks tired....most of the times..He used to be a total hottie...

SRK looks different but I guess the foundation, make up and lightening did work for him....

Karishma looked so bad --- When she debuted she was given the ugliest outfits - her mama fought for this to stop.

Saif looked great back then - he stills looks hot...

Shilpa - total change

Rekha - total change too

Freida looks quite the same - well it's normal her then & now is almost the same..

They looked more natural when they debuted.
