I don't know what Arjun will become, but i hope he already knows or realizes that Rudra is behind all the no's he is receiving for job offers. However about his job, i think he will get one eventually, but it is probably going to be, one that's not one in a big company. Its probably going to be a small job, in a factory type situation, but one where Arjun will work truthfully to prove his potential and changed self.

perhaps something in the music field..hes def not going to find a nice office job...is arjun educated..i mean did rudra pratap send him to like get his MBA? WE KNOW arjun is educated and very stylish..but what are his qualifications?
