For future shows I think that there should be categories for votes like cuteness, versatility, etc. At least everyone should know why people are voting to whom they are voting. Even contestants will have a clear idea about why the people have liked or rejected them. There clearly seems to be rift between people who admire talent and who admire qualities such as likability.

And then there are some that admire both talent and likability and possibly see both qualities in their favorite contestant. No reason why one can't appreciate both.
