In my opinion, we are dealing with a two-edged sword this way. On one hand, it is useful for putting a curb on the human rights abuses authorized by High US Administrative chambers, on the other hand, it is putting the lives of certain people in their Armies at risk by giving out the Mailing lists of individuals serving in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Classified information such as that in the last line, should be avoided. And as far as diplomatic cables are concerned, well, i'd say that nothing got exposed which we didnt already know 😆
