Bollywood actress turned jewelry designer Neelam Kothari is soon going to tie the knot with actor Sameer Soni. In Feb, 2009, they started seeing each other and first spotted together during Tusshar Kapoor's birthday bash. They are very serious about their relationship and wanted to take their relationship to the next level.

Says a source, "Since making up after their split last November, the two are now on course for a long-term commitment. Neelam and Samir were recently spotted together at a common friend's birthday party. They appeared to be very cozy and whatever issues they had between them, have been resolved. They are too much in love and have realized that the are miserable without each other."

Sameer declared his love for Neelam during his birthday party. The reason behind the rift between them is Neelam's family, "She has been through one bad marriage and they wanted her to be very sure about the man she chose. They have finally given in to their daughter's happiness and now, with the family's approval, the couple has been discussing marriage. Once those plans are finalised, the two will reveal them. Till then they have decided to remain tight-lipped."

Says a source close to the couple, "It's true. Neelam and Samir are back together. They are definitely working towards marriage."

Both Neelam and Sameer were divorced from their partners. She wedded to London-based industrialist Rishi Sethia while Samir had been married to model Rajlaxmi Khanvilkar (who is now married to actor Rahul Roy).
