A sincere question for Sandeep fans

Hi all
I am new to the boards and have only recently gotten into the Indian Idol race. I like to think myself as pretty unbiased since I havent followed all the contestants' stories and emotional drama (whatever you want to call it 😊 ). I saw the last gala expecting the competition to be tough and riveting. However I found Karunya to be easily the best singer. I am not sure if this is how he performed throughout, but he was quite amazing.
Yet everywhere on the boards and from the results it seems like Sandeep is the favorite.
I really would like to know if his fans honestly think he is the best singer in the show. Whenever topics come out about Sandeep, it always something about his shy personality or his smile, etc. I believe all that to be irrelevant but I really would like to know what makes him an ideal Indian Idol. Please dont say stuff like "he's sooooo cute...", etc. Its pretty juvenile. This is a competition so there has to be some real concrete reasons why he should be the next Indian Idol. And keep in mind at the end of the day singing must have some relevance.
You can make a case against Karunya if you like too.....
I hope we can have a reasonable debate on this without resorting "he/she/you/sony/the world sucks" comments.

hi,my favorite is karunya and he is the best according to me 👏 but sandeep is not that bad either and he is an II material according to me.
I think u can't treat music like math where there can be only one answer if u solve the problem in a correct way.I respect the views of the sandeep fans if they think that sandeep is the best.Afterall they r listening with their ears and if they think sandeep is the best he is the best for them,i don't understand what anyone's problem is.I don't understand that why people assume that whoever is not having the same opinion as them is wrong. There is no 2+2=4 in music.

its not about equating music to math (which by the way a lot of ppl believe are related). I dont care if ppl feel differently from me. I'd really like to listen to the reasons. If sandeep fans think that he sings well, i'm sure they can say what aspect of his singing they like.

I guess thats why we are human! we have our own choices and I can put forth atleast five reasons why I feel Sandy is amazing and even ask you why u think Karu is best singer...not that I hate him or dont like him...just because I see things from a different perspectives...

As far as singing is concerned, if he doesnt have that skill to this level, he wouldnt have made this far....and his cuteness, shyness, boy next door, cutest smiles, innocence...these are other things that he has in his persona....so take it like that....and moreover, people find him down to earth and when they have the right to decide, they will see what's more close to them...and who dont want such a persona perfection....singing wise, he still needs improvements and I clearly see many many improvements even within galas..from one to other...

He started with Udit's song and I'm sure no one wud do justice as he did to those songs...and then he moved to some tougher (according to Sonu/Anu) and he proved his worthiness there as well....

Indian Idol is no doubt a talent hunt show but they are definitely looking for a complete package...singing, performance, overall look and stuffs like that....so from that angle as well, he definitely deserves where he is rihgt now...
There was Amey who was the best among all contestents, so thats not a question after he left - best is gone....now what we have are these two budding talent and people will use their own will to vote!
hope you will take this the same way I said..even though I love sandeep's performances/Singing, I'm not a blind supporter of him or of anyone for that matter.....

and now I realized that I have seen few such sincere questions from you in past as well....hope now onwards, you wud not need to ask anymore...
Fans are just fans.....atleast IF fans are not voters! you sud ask voters if u have more querrie/concerns...sincere ones!!

well since u started watching this show just from the last gala...den lemme tell u that more talented ppl have been voted out!!

there was monali...who was a sensational singer...meenal as well....also antara...

and the most talented was amey date...watch sum of the old episodes and ull noe that the janta isnt voting for the best singer...they are voting for the total opposite..itz a surprise that karunya styl remained even tho good singers were being voted out..

there was a huge controversy in march 14th's results...u shud watch it 😊

Thats what these newbie used to do...or even some of the senior members as well..they know they are safe as sandy fans are not aggressive..😆😆
