Shahid-Deepika's Heer & Ranjha an action romance

According to Mid Day, Shahid Kapoor will train for two months under French stunt director Philippe Guegan to get into shape for the film, which will be shot entirely in Paris. Shakti Samanta's An Evening In Paris released 44 years was the last Bollywood film lensed entirely in Paris.

Confirming the film's action orientation, Shahid says, "Action is certainly on my mind. Sabir's film will have lots of it. But it's too early to reveal our plans."

Heer Ranja pairs Shahid with Deepika for the first time. It is being directed by Sabir Khan of Kambakht Ishq notoriety and will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

Sabir Khan earlier indicated that the film's music will be one of its USPs.

"Music is indeed a very integral part of this film. And I am so very happy to have Pritam on board for it. There are 6 songs in the film. The core of the music will be romance... music that will depict that it's a love story, at the same time it'll be contemporary," he says.
