For the part about the non veg dishes:
They probably don't have non-veg stuff being prepared because before, some of the contenders were vegetarian.

Hi!

I totally disagree with all those who say that Radhika was given the golden apron just because she made mal pura 3 times to get it right. If you watch the episode carefully then the dish she made was apple srikhand with mal pura. Up until that moment both teams were on equal footing with 1 excellent dish per team and both Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor liking the starters made by one team each so it was kind of like a tie but they said that "this apple srikhand with mal pura was man of the match for them". it was that dish prepared by Radhika that tipped the balance in favour of her team. then they had to select a member from the winning team for the golden apron and they chose Radhika because despite her captain, Chef Kunal, telling her that they could salvage the mal pua and serve it. she prepared te batter 3 times till she could get it exactly right even if it made their desert 5 mins late, compared to the other team. It was her spirit of not compromising and not giving up that made her win the apron.
