Aarushi will learn about the true face of aman. During the same time Kesar will die due to some accident in the house for which aarushi is indirectly responsible of.
Both the incidents will leave aarushi in a state of shock, she will wander off in the streets of Allhabad. After wandering for one of two days, she will fall down in the center of a busy street, to be spotted by the doctor (remember doctor). He will take her to the hospital, treat her. She will regain consciousness and then doc will pester her to tell her story and she will.
Doc will ask her to marry him (he has a flashback story for doing so, may be girl friend/wife died) which POPs will not care to tell us. Initially she will not agree but then agrees when she sees Pratigya running in the lobby of the hospital searching for her lost sister, and she does not want to be spotted by sister. They get married on the spot and then will not be seen again. We have to assume that they live happily ever after.
We know how penny wise the POPs are. They did not introduce and pay for doctor for two episodes without having future plans.
Er.. are we sure the doctor was paid?????
