The point that she made was why and where is the need to spend such a huge amount, when the entire film is shot in the Sets and not on outdoor locations? Budget's go haywire mostly because of location / logistics and marketing costs...none of which apply to Guzzarish! And hence the question, where did the 60 Crores go?
