Indian Idol 2 - Why?

Hi all... just a thought came to mind... is Indian Idol 2 justified? I mean, the top contestants of Indian Idol 1 are yet not established... even take the case of abhijeet sawant - he has sung hardly 2-3 songs as a playback singer in films... is that what was expected of an Indian Idol winner? I feel they are all just doing stage shows n all... but thats not what they are here for... the fact remains they are all still strugglers (including abhijeet) - the only difference is - they are "known strugglers"... these reality shows have just become a money spinning gimmick - nothing else... now they will crown another winner - but what for?

yeah...how come abhijeet sawant isn't getting any songs..when the guy can song so well....if it's like that with him..then what's the guruantee of indian idol 2 contestents having a successful career??

But I think everyone as to struggle when they start something new. Shows honor thier talent but they do not gurantee thier succes. It depends on ones own contacts, talent and many other things. Most importantly, it always takes time for some1 ro become succesful.. nothing can happen overnite! 😊
