Sudeep shares his birthday plans

She has just told me to take the day off". What makes this day even more special is that it is his first birthday after the birth of his son Arwaan. "Yes it is the most special birthday because I will celebrate with my bundle of joy", smiles Sudeep.

When asked about how he would like to spend his dream birthday an excited Sudeep reveals "If I had it in my hands I would head straight for a vacation with my family to UK and US for 10-15 days. I would like to spend time playing with Arwaan and also spend more time with the rest of my family". The actor also shares memories of his most memorable birthday till date "I remember I had a late night shoot and my wife had secretly spoken to the production team to let me off early. She had also called my family, friends and co-stars to my place and arranged a surprise party".

One of the best parts about birthdays is the gifts and cake. Speaking about the gifts he is hoping to receive he says " My wife has already given me the biggest gift ever which is my son but I like watches and perfumes and I am quite sure that she has bought them for me but right now everything is a big secret". As for the cake Sudeep reveals "I am crazy about chocolate especially dark chocolate cake so I would love it if my wife gets it for me".

The actor gets nostalgic as he reminisces about the past year "By the grace of god my work as well as family life has headed in the right direction in the past year. The biggest change has been the birth of my son. He has changed everything in a positive way. This year my only wish is that my family is happy and nothing more".

This year Sudeep is also hoping that there is some peace in the Sanghvi family from Behenein. "I am truly hoping for happiness and peace in the Sanghvi family. I also hope I can decide which wife I want to be with, Smriti or Purva (laughs). Also Faiba should calm down since it is Mihir's birthday", smiles Sudeep. " However till that happens just keep watching the show to see what happens next in the life of Mihir, Smriti, Purva, Kamini, Faiba and the rest of us" he adds.

Sudeep also wants to thank his fans for all the love that they have showered on him. "I want to thank my fans for all the good wishes and for appreciating my work. I will be receiving the Kalakaar award at Kolkata in February next year but the biggest award is when people say that I am doing good work and appreciate the effort" says Sudeep.
