shweta's ridiculous, how can u serve phati hui chai to anyone?? she's soooo lazy, THRICE she put the tea on the stove n left to yack away with manoj outside.. didnt allll that milk n adrak go into waste cuz she wasnt watching over it?? where'z her RATIONING now??

Agree.. she thinks that if she puts in all the ingredients and walks away letting Sara do the work then she can take credit of it.. and if it spoils she will blame Sara... but then again she didn't want to waste the chai so decide to serve it.. hmm i don't think she would drink it herself but...

Then you make tea using paneer?? since essentially you are saying that milk and paneer are one and the same. Also when you give tadka, you give it in ghee or milk? since ghee is also a product of milk..so one and the same?🥱

hi all....
am not realy getting into the arguements about who is right and who is wrong... if some one offered phati hui chai to others, that is bad, for sure... in villages we still have ppl making curd from curdled milk and all... but the urban population especially those belonging to the middle class to upper class may not be able to digest it... so thats not my question here....

i hope every one has seen how curdled milk loks like... if not, here is a pic

as you can see, it will be a mixture where the solid n liquid stay separate... so my question is... if u stir it with a ladle and pour it out... it wont fall like its a homogeneous fluid. i mean, ruk ruk ke girta hein... like u'd pour out some clear soup with vegitables... liquid will flow, then a chunk will, then aginl liquid, may be... like that....

so in this case, i really didnt find the tea's flow that way (when sara was pouring it out from the stirring cup) ... and no one was found discussing it later like they usually do... so am in confusion... was the tea really curdled? we didnt hear any one other than sara saying tht. may be she was not clear too, considering her young age and her not being a chef 😊 just a doubt... what do you guys feel?
